My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the rooms were a bit disappointing with a mildew smell and some mold in the bathroom, the service was exceptional. The location was excellent, right next to Ueno Station, but the dining options were limited to Japanese style dishes. Despite the drawbacks, the staff's friendliness and the convenient location made my stay enjoyable.

I arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the prime location, just a stone's throw away from Ueno station. The service was top-notch with the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. However, the room had a musty smell and an unfortunate view of concrete walls.
